This store has its humble beginning, with only a sari-sari store in their barangay selling it. Their candy recipes was introduced by one of the owner's family members and originated in the province of Iloilo. The pseudonym "Dakdak" was originated from the owner's daughter's nickname. The owners decided to go and introduce their product to other barangays and nearby towns, and they did not fail since many sari-sari stores and clients loved it, and that was the start of their business to flourish.

 

Their fondest desire has come true, and they are overjoyed and grateful for their accomplishments. They now provide over 30 sari-sari stores in Davao De Oro, as well as 4 commercial enterprises in Mabini, Davao De Oro and Agusan del Sur.
